A solution architecture role with a blend of pre-Sales with an illustrious Global services firm for a professional holding at least 15 years' experience Insurance domain and worked in BPO/consulting setup. Our distinguished client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual keen to grow a career of conducting business development across Insurance domain

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Leading a team of Senior managers, managers in creating solutions
  • Taking complete ownership of the sales pursuit life cycle including deal qualification, solution defense, due diligence, contract management and handover to transition
  • Presenting capabilities to existing customers and prospects
  • Preparing business plans for Insurance vertical with focus on underwriting service for commercial segment
  • Grooming and guiding the team on solutions
  • Providing consultation to Pre-Sales, participates in proposal activities & discussions with customer and client visits as SME; participates in POC, architects and validates complex technical solution when required; Performs estimations & collateral consolidation
  • Interacting with vendors/alliances and understands the complimentary offers/products/IP/Solutions to leverage partner technologies
  • conversant with the industry trends and provide timely inputs to management for effective business decisions





Job Requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Should have created BPO solutions in Insurance
  • 15-20 years of experience in solutioning and presales with expertise in insurance industry
  • Involved in Insurance BPO in multiyear pursuits with TCV ranging from 35-70 Million
  • Conversant and created winning solutions in Insurance vertical
  • Preales expertise including Bid management, RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), good interpersonal skills, eye for details, numerical orientation, analytical
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and people management
