An exciting job opportunity with Fortune 300 firm for a technical process expert having over 3 years of experience in technical and call routing background supporting high volume. Our client is looking for a candidate with strong experience in Genesys call routing platform or Aspect/UIP. You would be responsible for 24*7 on call support for call routing issues on a rotating basis and troubleshooting issues to ensure proper call routing. You will be accountable for interpreting business requirements and implementing call routing solutions.

LOCATION:-Mumbai

YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER:

A leading global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and asset management services.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 Designing, building, documenting, testing and maintaining Genesys call routing configuration and business routing logic and strategies for multiple businesses(COM).

 Designing and implementing new solutions and maximising operating efficiencies and reducing cost.

 Coordinating efforts of internal departments and vendors to ensure proper call routing and CTI data package.

 Providing first level support on priority issues escalation.

Job Requirements

●  Bachelor or technical degree preferred.

●  Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.

●  Strong analytical and presentation skills.
