As a Business Head, you will be defining the strategy for Mumbai region and direct program management, identifying strategic opportunities and business development consisting of sustaining and growing the city's revenues with P&L responsibilities and communicating effectively and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets.

You will lead and support functions (marketing, finance, HR). If you are hands on leader and are open for designing strategy and wouldn’t mind going on the field visits to dealers if required then read on and apply.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Building strategies in your city and communicating effectively and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets and directing the team to achieve the same along with executing the long terms vision basis the growth plan designed by the senior leadership.
  • Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and being responsible for sustaining and growing the region’s revenues with P&L responsibilities.
  • Managing Business Development – Identifying business opportunities and working collaboratively with other city heads, and support functions (marketing, finance, HR)
  • Managing the entire procurement channel of the region.(Dealers/customers).
  • Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the region.
  • Engaging with business leaders, constructing and communicating analytical arguments and driving towards actionable recommendations. Also ensuring that performance goals for projects are met within the strategy outlined for business and strategic partnerships.
  • Working closely with the senior leadership and providing his/her strategic insight towards driving, change, innovation and taking business performance to new heights.



Job Requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
  • Post graduate from Tier1 College who has passion towards driving business initiatives with expertise in both the technical and strategic aspects with good understanding of the current business environment and future trends.
  • 7 to 13 years in a startup or an entrepreneurial stinit or from FMCG, Ecommerce , Media/Entertainment ,Retail industry with understanding of trends and business drivers in industry and marketing approaches.
  • Adept in analytical problem solving, business development in a new business initiative/start-up environment would be preferred.
  • Hands on experience in program management, analytical problem-solving, communications, and working in high performing teams who is willing to get her hands dirty, right from directly buying cars from customers to going on the field visits to dealers if required.
  • Proactive, independent and focused entrepreneurial spirit who can drive business and create an impact.
