Associate/Manager - Document Management Operations - BFSI (5-9years)
A varied role with a Fortune 500 organisation for a specialist who will work closely with International Clients and leads for all the client Onboarding related activities. Our distinguished client is looking for an individual who is excellent at resource management skills with minimum 9 years of experience in BFSI.

LOCATION: Bangalore

SHIFT: US Shift

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Maintaining relationships with internal clients, anticipate needs, take feedback, run conference calls.
  • Providing a controlled environment (e.g. necessary control activities along with process flow implemented, appropriate control tools in place, team members fully understand risks and related controls).
  • Developing resource management (e.g. people development, attrition, pipeline/skills monitoring, and training programs) for the team.
  • Maintaining effective and standard operational processes.
  • Building strong relationship with internal clients, anticipate needs, take feedback, and run conference calls.
  • Identifying and managing risk and control breakdowns.
  • Taking ownership of internal communication and status updates.
  • Identifying gaps and recommending possible solutions.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Graduates with a minimum of 9 years’ experience in a bank, financial services, and compliance, risk management or other service sector environment OR a Qualified professional (e.g. CA, ICWA, and MBA) with 5 years of relevant experience in a Client Service, Operations Sales, Portfolio Management or Implementation function.
  • Must possess leadership, Problem solving and time management along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to implement and maintain effective and standard operational processes.
  • Experience in the area of managing relationship with internal clients with emphasis on service level deliveries, expectations setting, new products etc. is a must.
  • Must have demonstrated problem solving ability through interaction with clients and business partners.
  • Add on advantage to the individual with Knowledge of TS & CB Products and Operations.
