Job Description

A leadership role with blend of strategic management with one of the leading organisations

Primary responsibilities include:

Strategic aspects: 

- Drive the People strategies, processes and practices to enable organisation to attract, motivate and retain top talent 

- Act as a Business Partner to the Leadership 

- Lead headcount projection and target setting to support business and financial objectives 

- Identify need for policies/processes. Lead and coordinate design and implementation of policies to address the key issues 

- Ensure processes and system tools provide required outputs to support leadership decisions on capacity, training and development, cross office staffing and recruitment

Recruiting and affiliation: 

- Heading recruiting function and oversees the business’s overall recruiting and sourcing mission, vision, and long-term strategy.

- Engage with business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support all recruiting teams. 

- Endeavors to strategically balance and prioritize recruiting department resources in order to meet the constantly evolving business needs. 

- Create strategy and thought leadership while leading and developing a passionate team of Recruiters dedicated to optimizing the candidate experience and becoming an employer of choice. 

- Managing key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor 

- Encourage innovation, enhancements and efficiencies in current and new recruiting processes and systems. 

- Review key metrics and performance measures and making recommendations for enhancement. 

- Embed global best practices and drive operational effectiveness through process improvement and ongoing coaching and mentoring of key stakeholders

Career Development and Training

- Ensures alignment and continuous improvement of all CD related processes, including participation in CD forums/initiatives to ensure alignment of policies 

- Oversees administration of career and professional development for resources. 

- Acts as thought partner for CD and Training related processes 

- Coordinates with the team to ensure that all career transition decisions are communicated clearly and executed effectively 

-Oversees development and implementation of training programs to meet the needs of the employees and the business needs of our clients

Performance Management: 

- Driving the annual performance management process, including training and communication

- Coach line managers in relation to talent management and performance management 

- Leading employee reward and recognition programs


- Lead implementation efforts of HR strategies across all HR areas (Recruiting, Staffing, Career Development, Engagement etc) 

- Overall responsibility for running a highly efficient and effective HR functions 

- Long-term planning of the organizational structure and roles in the area of responsibility 

- Planning, prioritization and management of the function and the work of the teams

- Recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, coaching and support of the team 

- Inspire to achieve team goals

- Set and manage budget for the HR function


- Keep management informed of all people related trends and issues both on a macro and micro level (as appropriate) 

- Facilitate information sharing 

- Take a lead on resolution as appropriate 

- Recommend and help implement communication strategy 

- Aligned messaging 

- Develop strategic recommendations and oversee communication and implementation of initiatives for all HR related topics

Job Requirements

Required attributes:

Work Experience

- MBA with Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in Human Resources from IT/ITES or Consulting industry 

- HR experience in professional services firm and/or organizations with strong cultural support for progressive human resource practices 

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international environment with people at all organizational levels through establishing positive and productive working relationships 

- Performed successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment 

- Project management experience
