Job Description

LOCATION: Ludhiana

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners in India
  • Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment
  • Source high- caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
  • Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management for internal database
  • Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and assess them for the opportunity offered by your client
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
  • Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable on your line of specialization.

Job Requirements

  • You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply
  • You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed. Bearing in mind that this is a sales-based role you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation in a client-facing environment
