Job Description

An exciting job opportunity with a Fortune 500 firm for a HR Professional having knowledge of all HR functions from Recruitments till Exit. You will be responsible for for the end-to-end HR delivery for the circles assigned to him/her. Shall be responsible for driving Employee Engagement initiatives, Talent management agenda and Talent Acquisitionfor assigned circles, closely collaborating with Circle Heads in key people decisions.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for recruitment and selection of frontline and managerial roles.
  • Identifying low cost hiring sources and ensuring defined source mix is adhered.
  • Tracking of hiring to ensure year-end manpower plans are met.

On-Boarding:

  • Responsible for smooth execution of onboarding journey for new hires.

EDAP and Grievance Management:

  • Handling cases related to Disciplinary issues, violation of ethical norms/sales process as per EDAP
  • Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure resolution of grievances.
  • Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies

Employee retention:

  • Driving proactive retention measure along with business managers
  • Conducting exit interviews/Attrition analysis

Capability Development

  • Drive capability development journey for FOS / Managerial sales force.
  • Drive E-learning journey for assigned circles.

Employee Engagement:

  • Ensure effective roll out of employee engagement initiative in line with Zonal HR Strategy 
  • Partner with Circle head in Kenexa action planning and follow through on execution of the same.
  • Driving Torchbearer RnR program.

HR Operations:

  • Adherence to HR Operations process guidelines.
  • Responsible for managing Background Verification process for new hires.
  • Required to maintain various HR MIS related to Hiring/Sourcing/Employee engagement/attrition etc.

Measures of Success:-

Talent Acquisition

  1. Hiring within agreed TAT
  2. Module completion
  3. Maintaining source mix

Culture & values: -

1.EDAP execution as pe TAT
2.Team Awards/Torch Bearers Nominations etc

HR Operation

1. TAT For ECODE,
      2. TAT for BGV Case Closure as per Matrix

Engagement & Connect: -

1. Driving Kenexa Employee Engagement Survey
2. Odyssey and E-learning Coverage   
3. Engagement Calendar Execution

Talent Retention:-

1. Enhance retention @ < 25% 

2. G2M2 for the circles less than 12%

Job Requirements

A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

  • You have 11 - 13 years+ of relevant experience in HRBP function. Demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills

  • Strong Analytical skill
